New Event Storyline
A confidential convoy transporting seized illegal military grade weapons was ambushed before reaching the evidence lockup in Los Santos. The stolen cargo including heavy explosives and high-powered rifles has been relocated to a fortified underground warehouse controlled by multiple gangs. Intelligence confirms the shipment is being prepared for distribution across the city. All major law enforcement branches have received emergency authorization to launch Operation: Shadow Lockdown a coordinated multi-agency strike to intercept and recover the weapons before they disappear into the streets.
The gangs are fully mobilized.
Barricades are up.
There will be no surrender.
