I would like to respectfully inform you that I have not made any mistake. I believe this punishment has been given by misunderstanding, and I feel it is unfair.

I kindly request you to please check the log records carefully. After reviewing the logs, if you still find that I am at fault, I will accept the punishment. However, I want to clarify that I have not used the sound box even once.

I sincerely request you to please recheck and consider my situation.
