Rejected Inappropriate behavior | 9103

While on duty at SAHP, I began the interview process on Cabra Hernandes (9103) and it was determined that he was not eligible due to:

1. Recent crimes
2. Forum posts

He was trying to argue the person with the previous charges was not him because he changed his name and that our records were incorrect. Cabra lost his cool and began swearing and "spitting" at me.

i said it in IC and not in OOC so you must be jail me with your police status not forum with admins so i think it will be rejected soon

Upon reviewing I have decided to Deny this report.

I don't think you should have taken this situation OOC-ly,
He did not disrespect you OOC-ly it was all IC, as for that punishment should have been IC punishment.
As a cop you should know you have the ability to arrest and fine whom is disrespecting you.

Please learn from this to upcoming situations
and define the difference from IC to OOC to urself.​
