I, with the ID: 12632, was banned by Tyson Lox due to rule Allg. 1.7.
This request is directed specifically to Lebron Pluxury from the Gang Unit, as the other administrators are not taking my request seriously.
I sold Luis Wi pants for 50 million, even though the current average price is around 60 million. I sold the pants for 50 million because I had been trying to sell them for a long time without success. Since the pants were priced at around 80 million about two months ago, I wanted to sell them quickly before their value dropped even further. Additionally, I want to buy a company, which is why I needed money quickly.
I carefully read Grand’s rules, and none of them state that you are not allowed to sell items below their value. Rule Allg. 1.7 also does not indicate that this is forbidden. It states:
“It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes) whose total value exceeds $5,000,000 (you may receive $5,000,000 and transfer $5,000,000 per day). (It is permitted to withdraw/deposit money from/to the family balance.)”
Selling the pants for 50 million cannot be considered a gift under any circumstances. And if the rules stated anywhere that items may only be sold up to a certain limit below the average price, I would have followed that rule and sold the pants at the specified price.
Seriously, why would I risk my entire career over such a small amount of money? Because of the ban, I am losing around 120 million. I have been playing Grand for a very long time and enjoy it very much. During this time, I have built a lot and have also invested around €10,000 to become successful accordingly. I have a family, a company, and a bunker that I need to take care of. Due to an absence of 60 days, I would lose everything and my family would fall apart.
In all my time on Grand, I have never violated rule 1.7, and I did not intend to do so this time either. I felt forced to sell the pants because I saw their value decreasing day by day. Therefore, I respectfully ask you to carefully review this matter again and give me a second chance. I will never make this mistake again and ask for leniency.
Furthermore, if it is indeed forbidden to sell items below the average price, the rules should be adjusted so that this misunderstanding does not happen to other players as well. In principle, I always pay attention to the rules and try to follow them. And administrators should not have the right to change the rules as they see fit when the rulebook states otherwise.
I sincerely ask you to investigate this issue and lift my ban or at least reduce it.
