I previously submitted the same report on this forum, but an admin named HAYDAR said, “This is not RDM. You were in an event area and he made some demands before shooting you,” and then rejected the report.
First of all, the area outside that circle is not an event zone. Secondly, yes, it is an event, but that event also has its own rules: when the crate spawns at the top of the hour, everyone can shoot each other. Before the hour, no one can give a demand or a leave. I even got banned before because of this rule, and many people have been banned for the same reason.
