Dear Lebron,
Yesterday I was banned for violating rule 4.1, which states that players may not use external software that provides an unfair advantage (hacks, bots, etc.). | 60-day ban - until permanent ban.
Regarding the situation that led to this ban: I was simply trying to get my ten Battle Pass kills in the Arena. I was able to play two rounds before being banned. During those two rounds, I noticed that some of my teammates were complaining in-game that I didn't seem to be taking any damage. Admittedly, I was also surprised that I was taking so few hits during those two rounds, but I simply interpreted this as luck and poor aim on the part of the others, since I had already died by that point in both rounds. Unfortunately, I don't have any video footage of this, as I didn't expect it to happen, but hopefully it's visible in the logs.
I've had this account on server DE 01 (ID: 97480) for almost four years now. I've also had an account on server DE 02 (ID: 43527) for almost four years, which until recently was my main account. During all this time, I've never done anything of the sort on either account, nor did I intend to.
As I see it, the situation is currently as follows:
- I have never done anything like this on either of my long-standing accounts.
- I bought the new Battle Pass for over €50 just yesterday, a few hours before the ban. No one in their right mind would do that if they intended to cheat later.
- I used the "cheating" in a completely irrelevant situation that wouldn't have given me any advantage whatsoever. If I was willing to take the very high risk of a ban, why would I do it specifically in the Arena, where I wouldn't gain any in-game advantage, instead of in an actual, serious PvP situation (for example, a fam. event, the fight for treasure, etc.)?
I understand that these points don't constitute actual proof, but I hope they at least demonstrate that I have absolutely no reason, let alone the slightest interest, in jeopardizing my years of progress through cheating.
Of course, I'm also willing to undergo a PC check.
Unfortunately, my initial request was simply rejected without explanation and without giving me a fair chance to refute the claim.
I've invested a great deal of time, effort, and money in this project and would hate for it to end like this.
Therefore, I sincerely ask you to review this matter again.
Thank you in advance for your efforts.
By the way: Attached is a clip of the last 60 seconds before my ban. This clip at least shows that I'm not using an aimbot or anything like that.:
