- Oscar Lyx was born in Séle, Morocco. He grew up in a neighborhood with strict discipline and traditional values. His unusual red eyes and grey hair made him stand out. Taylor learned to be strong and adapt. He moved to Los Santos in his twenties to find opportunity. He wanted to be in control. Oscar had a childhood. He saw how people in power controlled things. - Oscar Lyx joined the Los Santos Police Department at 30. He was older than recruits but he was mature and had life experience. His physical strength and fearless attitude helped him. He was an observer and made smart decisions. Oscar saw corruption and favoritism in the police department. He started to think that serving the system wasn't helping him. He began to make compromises. He ignored crimes for information. He realized his badge gave him power. He used it to his advantage. Oscar is professional and calm at work. His reports are clean. His uniform is sharp.. Behind the scenes he uses his power for personal gain. He thinks hes just using the system to his benefit
