As you can see i asked this man to show his ID and he refused me but according to the rules he cant refuse ID in any circumstances if he doesnt have any bio which is GR 6.4,
i want proper action to be taken.

Dear reviewing Administrator, As there was no ongoing rp, the guy just goes to officer and requests for his id, and the officer has right to deny id request if there is not a valid reason, as per ic rules, (poppy also said that). I hope the officer wont be punished.
