2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
. I’ve dedicated a major part of my RP life to SAHP I’ve served in it as a undersheriff for 2 terms and I believe that I can be capable sherif with my experience
. In my journey of SAHP I’ve witnessed a term not balanced properly or I can say not professional enough to meet the standards of basic RP experience, so I want to fix the professionalism and improve the RP experience of players
. I mainly want to be a sherif because I’ve seen people considering other organisations over SAHP so I want to open their eyes and make them believe that SAHP can be better and more fun then other organisations
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation
. To improve RP experience I would make sure that SAHP follows all the OOC and IC rules so it can maintain the standard RP experience of other players
. To improve RP experience I will as the sherif try my best to connect with the officers in my organisation no matter their rank to discuss their point of views
. To improve RP experience I will host regular events with the help of life invader so officers as well as citizens can have fun and boost their RP experience
Departments
Human Resources (HR): HR will ensure that proper phases of training is give to each and every officer and they’ll also hire citizens who are wanting to join our prestigious organisation.
Internal Affairs (IA): IA will ensure that professionalism is being made within the organisation by conducting regular checks on officers and issuing punishments on the basis of it.
Undercover (UC): UC department will help FIB in collecting evidences against gangs and help making the city more safe.
Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T): SWAT will lead high risk operations like hostage situations and with the advanced training provided to them they will neutralise the situation to its best.
Highway Patrol (HP): HP will constantly patrol the highways to look for any kind of illegal activity and they will neutralise the threat on highways before it even occurs.
