1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin?
I want to become an Assistant Admin because I genuinely enjoy helping players and contributing to the community in a positive way. I spend a significant amount of time on the server, and during that time I’ve noticed that many players, especially new ones, often need guidance or quick support. I believe that having more active and dedicated staff members improves the overall experience for everyone.I am not applying for this position for power or status, but to support the server’s structure and help maintain a fair and enjoyable roleplay environment. I understand that being part of the staff team requires patience, neutrality, and responsibility. I am willing to listen to both sides in any situation and make decisions based on rules rather than emotions.
Additionally, since I am online for long hours every day, I can provide consistent presence and fast responses when needed. I want to help reduce rule breaks, assist players with their questions, and ensure that roleplay standards remain high. I care about the server and its future, and I would like to actively contribute to its growth and stability.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
In the state side, I am currently a Senior Patrol Officer II in LSPD, and I am actively working towards higher ranks. Being part of LSPD has helped me develop strong knowledge of server rules, proper roleplay standards, report handling, and discipline. It also taught me how to stay calm under pressure and handle situations fairly and professionally.On the crime side, I previously held the position of Under Deputy in the Marabunta gang (level 6). Although I do not currently have proof for that position, the experience gave me insight into the criminal RP perspective, internal organization structure, and conflict management within gangs.
Having experience on both state and crime sides allowed me to understand different player mentalities and situations from multiple angles. I believe this balanced experience is important for an Assistant Admin because it helps in making unbiased and well-rounded decisions.
3. What are your strengths?
One of my strongest qualities is patience. I understand that as a staff member, many situations require careful listening and understanding before making a decision. I do not rush judgments, and I always try to fully understand both sides of a situation.Another strength of mine is staying calm under pressure. In roleplay scenarios or report situations, players can sometimes become emotional or frustrated. I am able to remain neutral, composed, and focused on solving the issue instead of escalating it.
I am also responsible and disciplined. Since I already have experience in LSPD, I am used to following structured rules and maintaining professionalism. I respect hierarchy, I accept feedback, and I am always open to improving myself.
Lastly, I am active and consistent. I spend many hours on the server, which allows me to be available when players need assistance. Reliability and presence are important qualities for staff, and I believe I can provide both.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes get overly excited, especially in situations where I care about the outcome. However, I am aware of this and I actively work on controlling it by taking a step back and focusing on staying professional.Since joining LSPD and being involved in more structured environments, I have improved a lot in managing my emotions and maintaining composure. I understand that as a staff member, emotional control and neutrality are extremely important, and I am continuously working on improving myself in that area.
I see this not just as a weakness, but as something that motivates me to grow and become more mature and balanced in decision-making.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant?
As an Assistant Admin, I can bring strong activity, consistency, and balanced judgment to the team. Since I am online for long hours daily, I can provide fast responses to reports and assist players efficiently. Being active is one of the most important factors in maintaining a healthy server environment, and I can confidently contribute in that area.Because I have experience on both the state side (LSPD) and the crime side (Marabunta), I understand how different groups operate and how conflicts usually develop. This allows me to approach situations objectively rather than from a single perspective.
I also have strong communication skills. I can explain rules clearly, remain calm during disputes, and ensure that players understand decisions without feeling disrespected. My goal would always be to resolve issues fairly and professionally while protecting the quality of roleplay.
Additionally, I am disciplined, adaptable, and open to feedback. I am willing to learn from senior admins and improve continuously. I understand that being part of the staff team is a responsibility, not a privilege, and I am ready to act accordingly.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Currently, I do not have any real-life issues or situations that would prevent me from being active. I am able to manage my time effectively and maintain consistent activity on the server. If anything unexpected ever occurs, I would inform the administration team in advance.8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I would like to add that I am fully aware of the responsibility that comes with being part of the staff team. I understand that this role requires maturity, fairness, and dedication. I am not applying for recognition or authority, but because I genuinely want to contribute to the stability and growth of the server.I am willing to learn, accept criticism, and improve under the guidance of senior administrators. I respect the structure of the administration team and I am ready to follow instructions and uphold the server’s standards at all times.
If given the opportunity, I will represent the staff team professionally and work hard to maintain a positive, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players.
