Additional Information

1. Why do you want to become the Leader of SAHP?

I am applying for the position of San Andreas Highway Patrol Leader because I believe SAHP has far greater potential than what is currently being utilized.

Currently:

  • Activity is low in some shifts, especially night shift.
  • Headquarters is sometimes left empty.
  • Response coordination during situations can be improved.

My goal is to rebuild SAHP into one of the most active, disciplined, and respected legal organizations in the state.

🔹 My Experience

I have served in multiple high-command and HR positions:

  • Federal Commander of HR – FIB
  • Chief of Staff of HR – FIB
  • Deputy Head of Department of HR – SAHP
  • Deputy Head of Department of HR – LSPD
  • Human Resource – EMS
  • Dean of Division – EMS
  • Head of Division – EMS
  • FPPF – Government
  • Brigadier General of HR – NG
  • Brigadier General of Military Police – NG

Through these roles, I have:

  • Managed large teams
  • Built structured HR systems
  • Increased inactive department activity
  • Maintained discipline and fairness

Now, I want to dedicate my experience fully to SAHP as its Leader.

2. How Will You Improve Roleplay in SAHP?

My focus will be on structure, discipline, and motivation.

🔹 Activity System

  • Mandatory patrol rotations.
  • Night-shift bonus system.
  • Minimum 2 officers always present at HQ for:
    • Insurance
    • License plates
    • Public assistance
  • Dedicated highway patrol units to reduce gang activity.

🔹 Weekly Task System

  • Clear weekly objectives.
  • Performance-based rewards.
  • Fair activity tracking.

🔹 Professional Conduct

  • Strict but respectful leadership.
  • Zero tolerance for favoritism or nepotism.
  • Clear communication between High Command and lower ranks.
  • Proper radio discipline and realistic traffic stop RP.

🔹 Promotion System

Promotions will be based on:

  • Activity
  • Professional behavior
  • RP quality
  • Teamwork
  • Discipline

Regular promotion ceremonies will boost morale and motivation.

Departments Abbreviations

SAHP will operate with well-structured Departments to ensure specialization and professionalism.

  • Human Resources (HR) – Recruitment, interviews, training supervision, documentation, and internal evaluations.
  • SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) – Tactical response unit for high-risk operations, hostage situations, and major criminal threats.
  • Internal Affairs (IA) – Handles internal investigations, misconduct reports, and ensures fairness and integrity within SAHP.
