2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I am applying for the position of San Andreas Highway Patrol Leader because I believe SAHP has far greater potential than what is currently being utilized.
i) I want to become the Leader of SAHP because currently SAHP is not using its full potential, with less activity, less patrolling on highways, high gang activity, and the HQ being left empty.
ii) My goal is to make SAHP active, attend most of the events with the highest number of troopers, and make the highways much safer.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will focus on activity, professionalism in the organization, fewer conflicts, and a safe environment.
i) I will make sure to assign at least 2 troopers at HQ for license plate and insurance checks.
ii) I will ensure that the highways are safer by having troopers patrol all over the highways to keep them secure.
iii) I will host promotion ceremonies every week so no one loses hope and gets promoted for their contribution to the city and the organization.
iv) I will give weekly tasks, as I used to give in FIB, with extra bonuses so troopers stay motivated.
v) I will ensure proper training is given to new recruits and encourage others to join legal organizations.
vi) I will provide high bonuses, especially during the night shift, so people get motivated and the same number of units are available.
vii) I will make sure there is no favoritism or nepotism; everyone should receive the rank they deserve.
viii) I will ensure that our units behave properly while on duty and off duty, maintaining professionalism.
