1. Leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I've been in this city for quite some time, over 3 years now. Being a part of both Gangs & Leos, and it gives a very good perspective on how things function from both sides. Throughout my time in FIB which started years ago, I was always inspired by the High Commands around me, because they cared about how you were trained. Being a leader of FIB would be my first time as a leader of any organization, but I was always in high command, I never forgot the basics and how to handle an organization. With the help of myself, and my High Command’s perspectives, we can work together to create a great org full of good people. It’s always been 00 Agent, to Head of Department, to Chief of Staff, sometimes you want to see what it's really like to be a leader. Not for the power, or the money, to see what a great difference one can make in a city like this.
I want to become the Director of FIB because it's fun. Now, there's always gonna be time to have fun, but of course there will be times to be serious. As leader I can ensure professionality is in place, along with a little bit of laughter.
Since I've been in FIB for many terms, starting from Hank Volkov’s second term (Around those) to now, I've constantly joined FIB terms. Building my way up in most organizations in this city. I want to prove to myself that just how I built a character in State & Gang organizations, I can do the same in a term as a Leader. With the help of many friends, family, and great agents who are willing to join my term. I want to make a strong stable term, acknowledging that mistakes are okay, and losing an event isn't the end of the world. With the help of those who thankfully decide to take this journey with me, we will try and work hard to have as many numbers as possible. Constantly giving bonuses, giving the appropriate amount of promotions, and giving recognition for those who dedicate more than enough in the term. I want to be sure everyone is included, appreciated, thanked, and happy. Because that is key to having a great term, as I've been there. When you're appreciated for the work and dedication you’ve committed into an organization, you feel a spark of happiness knowing they appreciate and see your work.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay within the organization.
During my term, every single department will be a priority to me. Especially Human Resources, because HR is really the heart of an organization. They handle new agents, their activity, and overall, how they RP. I personally and with the help of my Assistant/Deputy Directors, will have weekly meetings with my HODs, to talk about how the departments are doing and what is needed and what changes we can make. With my Deputies, we will take good time to review everyone who qualifies for the different Department positions, and see who fits the positions best.
With the help of my good shooters and strategic thinkers, we will constantly post plans and routes that SAU & Spec Ops can follow when executing special operations. Ensuring both departments are roster filled, and active. I will highly encourage my HCs and do so myself so that all options/suggestions are considered and talked about. We want teamwork, communication, and collaboration to be a big part of this term. Without these factors, FIB will not be stable and will not function well.
Human Resources will be pressured to attempt to have Agents hiring during important hours, and ready to answer to the radio when HR is needed.
Undercover Agents will have to collect several pieces of evidence a week, to stay within the department. Not to be harsh, but to ensure evidence is being taken in every possible scenario. We will give permission to a couple qualified High Commands to review Evidence along with the HOD/DHOD of UC, ensuring it is viewed by at least two people before being approved. If evidence is not collected properly, we won't simply reject it, we will be there to help. Giving advice on how they can enhance their way of taking evidence, ensuring it is done properly, and according to the laws and requirements.
Not just within the Organization, but with other state orgs, I will emphasize communication within the organizations. Making sure they all know that we are working together to fight crime. Avoiding any conflicts, and any misconduct or issues, are dealt properly by highly trained Internal Affairs agents along with legal advisory from our Federal Attorneys.
