Hello dear curators of the project,
I am writing this appeal because I want the situation with my accounts to be reviewed fairly and to hopefully find justice.
First, about the ban on ID 108228—James Pluxury handed it down, saying I was linked to a cheater. But there’s no proof I ever worked with or even knew this person. From where I stand, the whole thing feels biased and not backed up by real evidence, it was targeting from him thats it.
Then there’s my main account (ID 117071), which got blacklisted because of some photos from Life Invader. Here’s the thing: those photos are right there in the PDA, open for anyone in-game to see. I never grabbed anything from the Life Invader Discord and never accessed anything private.
Even if the photos came from Life Invader ads, those ads are public and visible to players. Anyone in the game can see them through normal gameplay.
So I don’t understand how this could be considered using non-accessible information or breaking the rules. Everything I used was already publicly available.
Also, my main account (ID 117071) was eventually unbanned, which suggests that there may have been some misunderstanding in the situation.
All I’m asking is that you please take another look at my case. I don’t believe there was enough evidence for these punishments, and I hope the decision can be reconsidered.
Thank you for reading.
