This message serves as a formal refund request and as documented proof that I have contacted you regarding this matter.
To clarify explicitly:
I am NOT requesting an unban. I am NOT requesting a review of the ban decision.
I am solely requesting a refund of my payment.
On [insert date], I made a payment of approximately €440–450 via Revolut for in-game services and/or virtual content on your server.
Shortly after the payment, my account was permanently banned for alleged cheating. As a result, I no longer have access to the purchased digital content and cannot use the paid services.
Since access to the purchased services has been revoked, the contractual basis for the transaction is no longer fulfilled. I therefore formally request a full refund of the amount paid.
Please note:
If the refund is denied, I request a clear written confirmation of the rejection.
If no refund is issued, I will immediately proceed with a chargeback request through Revolut due to non-fulfillment of services.
Please provide a written response within 14 days of this notice.
