Rejected office fined me without any proper reason

sir i was sitting in my car in lspd office garage and one guy come and asked me to move out from there and then he just abused me without any reason and issued me a fine of 20000 without reason . this guy should be punished or given warning . and for the voices in emails i was just with my friend and planing to play an other game he is not a player of grand rp so dont consider it me
