2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• First reason I want to become a leader for national guard is during my time in the city I always wanted to become a leader of an state org and after playing and being in the city I found that NG is one of the easiest ways to enter this world of leadership and it will show me if this section is a good place for me as a leader.
• The second reason is that NG is one of the most needed orgs in the city, and by that I mean that the other state orgs need us to be on standby to deliver them ammo and give them aid when needed. For the gangs, they need to feel a force when they are raiding the base and not becoming an easy target. Therefore, I will make sure that we always have soldiers on standby to help other LEO orgs and be a strong force to stop the gangs in raids and give them a reason to think twice before they raid the NG base.
• The last reason is that I always had good ideas on how to improve the RP inside the NG and make it better, and every time I present it to the generals and work with it, they get a good result, which leads to a better term and a good friendship between the soldiers.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve the RP in my organization, I’ll focus on these points, and while doing my term, I may get some more points to focus on, which will prove the RP.

• The NG will host combat training with other authorized organizations on its base, it will give the members the skills and experience they need to respond to a variety of situations.
• NG actively recruits within the city using its aircraft and vehicles to create realistic and engaging recruitment experiences.
• The NG aims to make full use of its base facilities, including bunkers and classes in the main barracks, to provide members with the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
• The NG prioritizes seamless coordination with other organizations to ensure that all parties have access to the necessary ammunition for their operations.
• Active NG members will receive perks and bonuses to recognize their dedication and service to the organization.
