I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to the POV request against me. At that time, I was out of station and did not have proper access to my system, which is why I was unable to check or respond in time. I understand that I accidentally left the message on seen, and that was completely my mistake.

It was not my intention to ignore the request or disrespect the rules in any way. I fully respect the server rules and the administration team.

Now that I am back, I am providing my POV here as requested. Kindly consider my situation and accept my response. I assure you that this will not happen again in the future, and I will be more careful and responsive next time.
