Sir I hate to go back and forth with you about this but there is absolutely no law in en2 that says a department must be done 3 times for a lawyer. The following is what it says, this information was provided directly to me by Poppy Lasombra who wrote most all of the laws for the city. I ask you to please reverse your decision and remove my warning per what the law says,
The Law does not say anything about asking 3 times or anything of the sort
All the Law says is that you make the Request and then wait 3 minutes
4.8.1 To exercise the right of the detainee to provide him with the services of a lawyer who
shall be under retainer by the State as a public defender, the procedure is as follows:
Procedure for Requesting a State Lawyer from the Department of Justice:
1.) The arresting officer should (or ask a higher up able to) ask GOV on the
department radio for any available lawyers.
2.) The arresting officer should inform the suspect that a request has been made and
wait three minutes for a response from the GOV.
3.) If there is a valid response, the arresting officer will wait for the arrival of the State Lawyer
+
There is no requirement to ask more than ONCE
