I believe I am capable of leading the National Guard.
If I become the Leader, the first thing I will ensure is that everyone receives their ranks based on interviews and their work. There will be no favoritism. I will build the best HRT team that can stay active 24/7, so there will be no waiting period for interviews.
During my term, I will introduce a new and better bonus system so that every soldier is motivated to work harder. The SOF (Special Operation Force) will be the most active department in my organization. The National Guard will have the most active and powerful term. The MP (Military Police) will focus on guarding the gates and ensuring there is no gang activity inside the base. Supply trucks will be protected from gangs.
If I become the Leader, NG will be the most active organization, with the maximum number of SOF soldiers ready to respond to any situation. There will be no toxicity in my organization, and no one will abuse their power. If I see any misuse of authority, strict action will be taken immediately.
The National Guard is mandatory for new citizens, so they must join NG. The best HRT team will assist new citizens and provide proper training to make them strong and disciplined soldiers. The IA (Internal Affairs) Will Check Every Logs Like Event Logs, Bodycam Footages, Event Footages
The AF (Air Force), also known as Falcons, will respond to critical situations as quickly as possible to ensure control. I will make sure all weekly tasks are completed on time or before the deadline. My goal is to make the National Guard the greatest organization ever.

- Maintain professionalism in the organization, including departments and radio communication.
- National Guard should be the most active organization in the city and attend all major events.
- Every week, there will be more than three special operations conducted by NG to check gang activities in ghetto areas.
- Toxicity will not be tolerated at any level.
