Reason 1
I spent my most of the time in roleplaying as a police officer or as a unit of San Andreas Highway Patrol When i first joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol i was unaware of activities and responsibilities of San Andreas Highway Patrol . Overtime It taught me what is the work of San Andreas Highway Patrol and what we have to do in it I worked with many leaders of San Andreas Highway Patrol and I gained so much experience I saw many situations in which San Andreas Highway Patrol take part and I can use that experience to make San Andreas Highway Patrol better from other organization . I noticed one thing that is very important to do activity from San Andreas Highway Patrol side and most event attends and no rule break as i worked with many leaders so i also got to know that many leaders only try to make swat active but they don't think about Internal Affairs and Human Resources so i will try my best in it and there is a room for making more improvement in San Andreas Highway Patrol
Reason 2
As i mentioned in reason 1 that we can make more improvements or there is a room for making more improvement in which one of the improvement is to make the Internal Affairs active as in many terms i saw there was very less activity from Internal Affairs department and many leaders don't try to focus on it and which is not good for their term and organization so I will make that more active and I will try to make best IA team so they will check each and every unit logs everyday as per legislation and rules It will allow us to do more proper roleplay and about the wrong amount of weapon usage

I am in San Andreas Highway Patrol from last 4 to 7 terms and i noticed one thing which we need to change it is that only one department carrying the whole term so i will try my best to make all the department best not only one which is not good Many leaders don't try to make it and I noticed they don't hire good team also so i will hire the best team for all my department so they will make it good and they will run the whole organization in a proper manner and way !
1) Introducing new procedure:- So in my term I will be introducing some new procedure so that it will improve RP within SAHP and also because of the new procedure more people will be interested to join and work in SAHP as they never experience this kind of RP/procedure in SAHP and I will be also introduce new procedure for every department so that it could be fun for everyone and I will also improving the procedure of normal SAHP activities.
2) Promotion and bonuses:- In my term i will introduce the promotion and bonuses system I will held the promotion ceremony at the last of every week and i will give promotion to those units who really deserve it and who is really capable for it so people will love to join the SAHP and there will be most activity from SAHP side
3) Undercover Department:- In my term i will try my best to make the undercover department most active with the help of LSPD And FIB we can do it it will allow us to do more proper roleplay as in SAHP i never saw undercover department doing their work properly
4) Global Events:- I will held the global events for citizens from SAHP side so they can enjoy it they would love those events and that will bring more roleplaying experience in them
