2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I want to be the leader of National Guard because I worked under many terms in NG but after working so long in the NG, I saw that previous leaders did a good job but they were not able to use the NG full potential. But I believe that I can run the NG to its full potential.
2.2 I have been in every department of National Guard and other organization so I know which departments need improvement and how to make them full active and also, I have a good team member which are expert in their respective departments.
2.3 Leadership means, determination, perseverance, hard work, teamwork. It is just not a skill you can get it needs to be achieved and master. I want to break all the barriers that NG has faced over the years. The NG officers are always asked to leave the premises of an operation such as stores, Hostage Situations etc. due to the people thinking that we will not be able to overcome the enemies’ defenses. I want to prove them all wrong. I don't want to lead an organization, I want to lead a dream, people should sleep crime free, they shouldn't be afraid. NG might again be asked to leave the area of operation but this time not for being under-experienced but for having numbers passing the limit. Breaking the norms and setting new standards.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
The current situation of RP in NG has been constantly down because of the fact that people take the leadership of organizations such as NG just to get the experience of leadership but they don't know for a fact they are missing out on the real way of doing RP. This disappoints me the most as I always thought NG to be an organization which has the potential for the best RP. We can carry out training drills; we can carry out black ops mission. I have the plans, the team, the infrastructure, the mindset to lead NG with excellence and help it overcome its full potential. To break the barriers that were put on us where people believed NG was a below standard org. I will implement all my ideas, all my money and take NG to the milestone it never achieved.
