1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin?
I believe assistant admin role is a position where you learn while helping the server at the same time. Working with senior admins would help me gain real experience and better understand how things are handled behind the scenes.
Im motivated to improve and I take feedback seriously Im always willing to learn and adjust when needed. If im given the chance, I’ll do my best to support admin team and grow into the role over time.
