I was robbing an ATM inside Ghetto (Red Zone), which is allowed by the rules.
During the robbery, only one police officers (LSPD/SAHP/FIB) arrived and intervened against me.
There was no raid, no case file, and no IC reason for him to be inside the ghetto.
he immediately engaged the situation, which resulted in breaking the rules.

The Suspected ID was not in any Legal Organization on that particular Situation, State Rules wont be considered.
