2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) (a). I want to be a leader of an (Blood Street Gang) because I will try committed to its growth and success. I believe strong leadership brings structure, discipline, and motivation to members. I want to create a positive environment where everyone works together and improves. I am ready to take responsibility, lead by example, and help the organization reach a higher level. My goal is to build loyalty, improve teamwork, and represent the gang with respect and professionalism at all times.
(b) And I had seen in most of the gangs there are 20 peoples but still they lose that's not because most of the people are not good at shooting or else it's totally depends on the strategy and coordination if have the leadership i will not depend on the number we will be performing every event with strategy and coordination.
(c) I’ve walked the path as a member, faced the grind, earned respect, and seen it all from the ground level. Now, it’s time to level up. I’m not just chasing power — I’m chasing purpose. I want to become a leader, not just to take the position, but to prove that I have what it takes to lead with strength, loyalty, and vision. I’m ready to turn everything I’ve learned into legacy."
3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
: Bonus System: Mainly most of gangs are inactive because they are not eligible to give high bonuses.
: Hiring System: I will ensure there will be no favoritisms and discrimination in terms of rank.
: Activity: I will hire active deputies and members so we can dominate the ghetto and be the most active gang.
: Turf: I will hire good turfers to achieve 100% turf
: Discipline: I will ensure to maintain discipline and unity between the gang members as it is the most important thing to make a gang active
: No Rule breaks: I will ensure that there will be no rule breaks and end my term successfully without any warns.
