1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping the community and maintaining fairness on the server. I already have significant experience as a Level 5 administrator on the RU server Grand Roleplay 02, handling reports and assisting players effectively. I want to bring this experience here to be helpful to the community, support new players, and ensure a fair and comfortable environment for everyone.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
On this English server, I have not held any official city positions besides leading an unofficial organization. However, on the RU server Grand Roleplay 02, I served in the Army (Rank 6) and SAHP (Rank 8).
3. What are your strengths?
I remain calm in stressful situations, am objective when resolving conflicts, responsible, and very active. I carefully analyze situations before making decisions to ensure fairness and consistency.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I can focus too much on details, but I am actively working on improving efficiency and time management.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have strong knowledge of the rules, experience as an administrator, conflict resolution skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to quickly and fairly handle reports.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
I have a job, but I believe it will not interfere with my activity on the server.

I am motivated, have experience in both RP and administration, and am ready to dedicate my time to developing this server. I understand the responsibilities of being an admin and am prepared to follow all staff rules and guidelines.
