I am writing regarding my lifetime ban under Rule 1.6. I respectfully feel that a permanent punishment is very severe for the situation, as I was only talking about the Battle Pass and was not aware that it violated the rules. At that time, I was new to the server and did not fully understand all regulations.
I have already served more than one year of this ban, and during this time I have reflected on my mistake and learned the importance of carefully following every rule.
I sincerely apologize and respectfully request you to reconsider the lifetime punishment and grant me another chance.
