2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans: My first reason for want to lead SAHP is my long-term goal of serving a State Organization with honesty, discipline, and bravery. Since joining the city, I have aimed to lead a legal organization that truly makes a difference. My experience as a Commander in SAHP, a good rank in FIB and LSPD helped me understand leadership structure, discipline, and the importance of responsibility. I believe I now have the maturity and experience needed to properly lead SAHP.
My second reason is the current crime situation, especially highway robberies. The main duty of SAHP is to keep highways safe and reduce crime in areas like Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay. Unfortunately, legal organizations are not as active as they should be. If I am given leadership, I will focus on strengthening the Highway Patrol Department and ensuring regular patrols. Increased activity will help lower the crime rate and create fear among criminals.
My third reason is the need for organizational improvement. I have spent a good amount of time in SAHP and learned from my mistakes and successes. I believe the department needs better internal management, especially in Human Resources. Proper training and discipline begin with HR. I will build a strong HR team to train new cadets professionally. My goal is to make SAHP the most active and respected State Organization.

1. No toxicity
2. No Favouriteism And Nepotism
3. Max bonus to my Team so they dont get offended
4. Regular Public events to attract citizens
5. Will make sure Lobby is coverd all the Time
6. Always listening to my curators
7. Friendly Enviroment Leos will be treated equally
8. I will make sure there is proper and daily Highway Patrols
9. Promotion Cermony Every Weak so my Team will be motivated.
