As you can see in the POV first this guy 219729 abused me in OOC and the word he said is parental insult GR3.1 + GR 3.2 in hindi and then that guy FL and said go on forum in hindi and then started Ramming.

ID: 219729 will be punished for Mixing + Provoking
ID: 85297 will be punished for CR

• However, the thread owner will be punished for GR 3.1 + Provoking + CR.
  There is no GR 3.1 or 3.2 violation from their side. The term “Motherfucker” is considered slang and is not treated as GR 3.1 or 3.2.
