Life Story:
I dont even remember exactly where i was born. Small town, dusty roads, way too much noise and zero future. My old man was a gambler and my mother was just... tired. She stopped dreaming long time ago. School wasnt really a thing for me, the streets taught me everything. Honestly I learned how to count money way before I learned the alphabet.

Teenage years came too fast. I spent most of my time fixing broken bikes, stealing parts and selling them back to the same people. The police knew my face but they never caught my name. I was like a ghost. Then one night everything went wrong, big fight with the wrong people and I had to leave fast. No goodbye, no plan, nothing.

Los Santos wasnt nice to me at first. This city eats people like me for breakfast. First couple of weeks I slept in abandoned buildings and ate whatever I could find. Eventually I got a job washing cars. Dirty hands, shitty pay. But I watched people. I learned to listen more than I talk.

Met an old guy in a garage once. Ex-military, bad leg but his mind was still sharp as a knife. He didnt teach me how to fight, he taught me how to think. Discipline, silence, patience. He always told me that "real power doesnt make noise."

Later I got into private security. Not exactly legal, but not fully illegal either. Just the gray zone. I was good at staying calm when things got messy. One contract went sideways, some shooting happened and suddenly names were deleted and files went missing. I had to dissapear again.

With a fake ID I joined the LSPD as a low rank officer. Nobody knew where I came from. I followed the rules when people were watching, but broke them in the shadows. Promotions were slow but I didnt mind. I saw the corruption and the dirty deals. I wasnt there to judge, I was there to learn.

But the money was never enough and the respect felt fake. So I left. This time I didnt fall, I just climbed down. Started working with smugglers and fixers. No emotions, just business. But some nights get heavy, you know? You cant realy erase your conscience.

One day I just burned it all. The phones, the cash, the memories. Walked into the federal building looking like a normal citizen. Clean shirt, calm voice. They didnt see a monster, they saw an asset they could use.

Now I'm with the FIB.

Career Story:
I landed in Los Santos with empty pockets and zero plan. Surviving here is a nightmare if you dont know the right people. I worked every shitty job you can imagine, even drove a taxi for more than a year just to keep the lights on. It was a real grind and honestly, I was getting sick of it.

Everything changed when I met Haci Sarsilmaz. He’s a good friend and he’s the one who actually pulled some strings to help me get into the LSPD. At first, I just kept my head down and played the part. I was the quiet guy in the corner, just watching how things really worked behind the scenes. I noticed real quick that the "law" is mostly about who you know and how much money you have in your bank account.

I saw people getting promoted just because they had friends in high places, while the ones without power got stepped on. I realized pretty fast that being a regular beat cop was never gonna be enough for me. I didnt want to just follow the rules anymore; I wanted to be the one who sees the whole picture. I wanted the kind of access and power that nobody else has.

So I made my move. I left the local department behind and joined the FIB. I'm not here to be some hero or save the city. I’m here for the control and the reach that only this agency can give you. In a city like Los Santos, you’re either a pawn or a player. With the FIB badge, I’m finally done being a pawn.

OUTCOMES

  1. Roose is allowed to accept bribes of up to 100k to either set suspects (10-15s) free or act as a hostage for them during a situation.
  2. If Roose finds illegal items or weapons on a criminal (non-org stuff), he can force them to drop the gear so he can keep it for himself or sell it on the black market.
  3. Roose has the authority to deny a suspect’s request for a lawyer or simply skip reading their Miranda Rights.
  4. To cover his tracks, Roose can search for and smash the bodycams of suspects using appropriate RP (e.g., /try grabs the bodycam and crushes it).
  5. While engaged in corrupt activities, Roose can refuse to show his badge or ID to civilians and other LEOs to protect his identity, provided there is a solid RP reason.
  6. Roose is able to use the Darknet to coordinate jailbreaks or take on illegal contracts.
  7. To prevent any IC case files from sticking, Roose can wipe arrest records and PDA entries from previous crimes.
  8. Roose can detain individuals on fabricated charges to extort them; he can demand up to 100k or weapons for their release, and if they refuse, he can proceed with the arrest.
  9. When off-duty, Roose can team up with friends to rob or kill citizens in secluded areas or the Ghetto (strictly following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5, and not targeting LEOs).
  10. During interrogations, Roose can inject suspects with a truth serum to get the info he needs (limited to two /try attempts per situation).

It is not AI, copy paste or somethink its my real story.
