1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I truly care about the community. I want to help maintain fairness, order, and a positive environment for everyone. I’ve spent time learning the rules, how things work, and how players interact. I believe I can contribute not just as a player but as someone who helps improve the overall experience.
As for leaving RP-life, it’s not about abandoning it or disliking it. I just feel ready to take on more responsibility. Sometimes growth means stepping into a different role where you can make a bigger impact. My goal isn’t to leave the community behind it’s to support it in a stronger way.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
- Assistant Sheriff x1
- Chief of Staff(LSPD and SAHP) 9x+
- Head of Department(HR-T) (LSPD AND SAHP) 10x+
- Deputy head of department(HR-T) (LSPD AND SAHP) 6x+
- Deputy head of department(T.E) (LSPD) 1x
- Normal High command(no department) (LSPD and SAHP) 3x+
- and HC in all org except Li
- Highcommand in every Gang
3. What are your strengths?
- Responsibility: I take my job seriously and always do it right.
- Calm under pressure: I don't get upset when things get heated; I deal with problems like an adult.
- Fairness: I hear both sides before I make a choice.
- Good communication: I explain the rules in a clear and polite way.
- Active and dedicated: I stay active and really care about the community's growth.
4. What are your weaknesses?
- I can be chatty at times. I like talking to people and being active in chats, but I'm learning when to keep things short and businesslike.
- I can be impatient at times, especially when work is late. But I'm getting better at being patient and understanding that everyone works at their own speed.
- I sometimes put off making big decisions because I like to think things through carefully. I'm trying to be more sure of myself and act more quickly when I need to.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Clear Communication: I can explain the rules clearly and deal with members in a calm and polite way.
- Conflict Resolution: I stay neutral and listen to both sides before making a decision. This helps settle disagreements fairly.
- Activity and Consistency: I'm active and dependable, so I can keep an eye on chats and situations on a regular basis.
- Problem-Solving: I think things through before I act, and I try to find practical solutions instead of reacting emotionally.
- Teamwork: I can work well with other admins and follow the chain of command without letting my ego get in the way.
In general, I want to help the team, cut down on problems, and keep the place neat and friendly.
