Event details:
The most notorious Gang Leader in the city has finally been captured by the LSPD Special Task Force. He is currently being held in the high-security holding cells at LSPD Headquarters (Mission Row). Intelligence reports suggest that all major crime syndicates have united with one goal: breach the LSPD HQ, eliminate the police force, and rescue their leader before he is transferred.

The LSPD, supported by other State Organizations, has locked down Mission Row. Their objective is to repel the attack and successfully transport the prisoner to the Capitol for federal sentencing. The Gangs must storm the HQ, eliminate all law enforcement, and escort their leader back to the Bloods HQ for safety.

Role of Each Organization Involved:

• State Organizations: Defend LSPD HQ from the criminal attack. If successful in eliminating all threats, escort the High-Value Target (HVT) to the Capitol.
• Crime Organizations: Attack LSPD HQ, neutralize all State forces, rescue the HVT, and escort him to Bloods HQ.

Other organizations involved:
All State Organizations (LSPD, FIB, SAHP, NG, GOV) vs All Crime Organizations (Gangs).

Vehicles/weapons needed:

• Weapons: Carbine Rifles and Pump Shotguns for both sides.
• State Vehicles: 1 (Armored/Tactical) car for the gang leader and some .
• Crime Vehicles: Ocelot Jugular (Fast 4-door getaway cars).

Admin Requirements:

• Spawn the necessary vehicles for both sides.
• Provide armor and weapons upon entry.
• Spawn an player to act as the "Gang Leader" (Hostage).
• Teleport participants to their respective starting zones (State inside/around LSPD, Crime outside the perimeter).

Rules of the event:

1. No reviving dead players until the event concludes.
2. No use of personal vehicles.
3. No roof camping (unless agreed upon).
4. All participants must remain within the event zone (Mission Row PD area).

How is the event won?

• State Win: Eliminate all Gang members. Once the area is clear, roleplay the transport of the prisoner to the Capitol.
• Crime Win: Eliminate all State members. Once the area is clear, roleplay the rescue and transport of the prisoner to the Bloods HQ.

Prize for the winner:
$500,000 (or amount split among the winning organization's participants).
