2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become the leader of the National Guard because this organization always represented discipline, unity and service above self. over time i have developed a deep connection with this organization and its purpose so i want to lead NG not just as a military unit but as a symbol of protection and professionalism that the organization looks upon.
secondly, I have served in almost all the legal organizations at the rank of high command which has taught me how to balance both teamwork and authority as a leader my major goal will be to provide a professional and active environment where all the soldiers feel valued and motivated to give their best to the organization.
Last but not the least, I will lead National Guards In such a way that , where innovations are welcomed, respected, and maintained with high standards My vision is to build the organization in such a way that it aces coordination, training, and realtime operations while keeping the spirit of teamwork at the top.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Firstly no favoritism. (Treating everyone equally).
2. Makes sure that north and south gates will be covered.
3. Will be maintaining good relationships with every organization by attending to the situations, for citizens we will be conducting some good events.
4. Will be increasing the bonus to the highly active members in the organization.
5. My organization members will be trained from trainee to super confident member. (It's a promise, and that's why no easy ranks will be given).
6. Will be bringing some good changes in the training and will be giving good knowledge regularly to the members.
7. Will definitely boost the max activity to the events and as well as to any situation that must and should gates will be covered every time.
My departments:
Human Resources: This department will be taking care about the hiring and training, and they will be giving them good knowledge about the work, and they will be very actively hiring the citizens and will be taking a perfect interview for everyone.
Military Police: I don't want to put IA as a department there are only 4 ranks in IA Example: (Military Police Captain, Military Police High Command, Military Police Senior, Military Police Agent). In my term MP is very strict.
Air Force: This department holds the air licenses from the organization. So they do air patrolling to get to know that any activity is going on or not and will be giving the prior information to the organization. And they will be taking the units very quickly to any situations very quickly with the help of Helis.
S.A.S.D: This department need to be very active and need to respond to the global locals very quickly and needs to protect the NG base with their tactics and strategies and will help everyone in the organization to improve their shooting skills and will train them perfectly.
Public Relations: Public Relations Can handle each and every IC event and conduct more events, which are in my mind, and we will improve the RP situation very well.
The above 5 departments will be created and will be allocated the ranks by taking their interviews from my deputies and my trusted HRs.
