Dear Lebron,
I am writing regarding my rejected application for NG leader, with the explanation that I was recently a leader.
Honestly, I believe this decision is not entirely justified. I meet all the required conditions for applying, and as far as I know, the fact that someone was recently a leader has not been a reason for automatic rejection or for not being invited to an interview. Therefore, it is unclear to me why, in my case, I was not even given the opportunity to attend an interview and have a chance to compete for the organization.
Additionally, I would like to point out the example of a candidate who previously led NG, whose organization received a DISBAND due to the leader’s toxicity, and then shortly afterward applied for EMS and obtained the leader position within just a few days. In that case, it was not considered an issue that he had recently been a leader, which makes it even more unclear why this criterion is being applied in my case, and I believe this is not fair to me.
I believe it is unfair to reject an application without giving the opportunity for an interview, especially considering that the applications were open for ten days and that a large number of candidates were applying daily. If the criteria were changed in the meantime, I believe they should apply equally to everyone. I think they are partly responsible for the large number of applicants for NG because the applications were open for too long, and I believe this is simply one of the excuses to reduce the number of people invited to interviews because they do not want to examine too many candidates. As far as I know, a new rule has been introduced stating that there is now an unlimited number of candidates for interviews. Since I meet all the conditions to be invited, I request that you reconsider the situation once again.
Please reconsider my application and allow me to attend the interview so that I may have a fair opportunity to compete for the leader position.
