Additional Information
1. Leader of:
Federal Investigation Bureau
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
1- Experience and Readiness
I want to be the Leader of FIB because I have a lot of experience working with Law Enforcement organizations like FIB. I was also the Chief of LSPD. I have worked with other government departments. I know how things work in operations and I know that structure, discipline and leadership are very important, in a big organization.FIB is a department. It is the backbone of investigations intelligence gathering and high-risk operations. I think I am mature enough. I have the right mindset to be a leader and handle this big responsibility. I can lead FIB agents in an organized way. The Leader of FIB has to be someone who can make decisions and I believe I can do that. I want to be the Leader of FIB. I am ready to work hard to make sure FIB is the best it can be.
2- Building a Strong and Respected FIB
My goal is to make FIB active, respected, and organized at all times. We will:
- Maintain daily patrols in the city and ghetto
- Respond quickly to events and global calls
- Show strong command presence during major situations
- Ensure radio discipline and professional behavior
3- Creating Elite Divisions and Fair Opportunities
I want every agent in FIB to feel like they are part of something important. Everyone will have the opportunity to grow based on activity, discipline, and performance — not favoritism.I will focus on strengthening key divisions:
- Agents who work hard will be rewarded.
- Promotions will be earned through effort and professionalism.
- High Command will be selected carefully based on experience and leadership skills.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
1- Strict Radio and IC/OOC DisciplineAgents must keep communication professional at all times. No mixing IC and OOC during situations.
2- Structured Patrol Units
Organized patrol teams covering city and highway to increase interaction and response speed.
3- Better Event Coordination
Clear leadership during events. One command voice. No chaos.
4- Undercover and Investigation Focus
Building proper case files before raids. Gathering real evidence instead of random actions.
5- Motivation Through Bonuses and Activity Rewards
High bonuses during events to increase participation and commitment from agents.
