- I have Been In Sahp For 3 Terms And I have Gain Experience As Chief Of Staff And I have experienced all The Situations And I know How To handle A Big Team And I can Handle solemn Situation's So I think I am Ready To Take Leader Of Sahp.
- I Want To Become Leader Of Sahp Because I have seen Many Leader Just Take Leadership And Doesn't Handle It Very Well (Not Active Term) And Do Favoritism And I have Seen Many People Are Rank Chaser And Getting High Commands Rank In Some Terms So In My Term Rank Chaser Will Directly Get Kicked And There Will Be No Chance Of Favoritism In My Term And I will Hire 2 deputies From Different Shifts To Make Sahp The Best Legal Organization.

- I Have Seen In Terms That Sahp Is Not Attending Night Events Or Not Active At Night So I will Have a Specific Team For Night They Will Handle It.
-In My Term No favoritism Or Rank Chasing Will Not Be done As I seen Many Time That They Are Doing It.
- In My Term I will Make Sure To Do Promotion Ceremony In This Ceremony Employee Of The Week Will be Awarded As Some Money And Some Rank Promotions And Other Hard Workers Will Also Get Promotion

Human Resources: The Team That Will Help In Giving Training To Trainees.
Internal Affairs: Division that investigates incidents and possible suspicions of criminals In Org.
UC : The team will cover evidences by going undercover against gangs so that a casefile full of evidence can be made to raid the gang HQ
PR (Public Relations): They will help me do some events to maintain good relationship with the citizens.
Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T): Swat will responsible for handling the most dangerous and high-risk situations within the state.
Highway Patrol: Monitoring speed limits, Leading pursuits on highways, Securing accident scenes, managing traffic flow, Removing abandoned or illegally parked vehicles that obstruct traffic flow.
