When I tried to log in yesterday, I noticed that my account had received an anti-cheat ban. According to the information shown, the ban was issued by Napal Federov on October 28, 2025.
As I am not aware of any rule violation on my part, I believe this may possibly be a misunderstanding or an error. Just two days ago I was still able to play normally, which should also be visible in the server logs. At that time, I had logged in for the first time after being inactive for about nine months.
During my own research, I also found that Starlink users in the same region often share the same public IP address. Because of this, I considered the possibility that another user from my region who also uses Starlink may have been responsible for cheating, which could have caused my IP to be affected as well.
I understand that situations like this require careful review. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if my case could be reviewed again using the server logs. I would also be fully willing to assist with the investigation, for example by completing a PC check or any other measures if necessary.
