1. SAHP is Essential for State Safety
The San Andreas Highway Patrol is one of the most important departments when it comes to keeping the state safe, especially outside the city. SAHP officers patrol highways, respond quickly to crimes in rural areas, and make sure the roads stay safe for everyone. In recent terms, leadership has not always been consistent, and the department has struggled with stability. As a leader, I want to bring strong commitment and steady guidance. I will make sure the organization stays active at all times with a dedicated High Command team that is ready to handle any situation professionally and confidently.
2. Improving Recruitment and Training
Recruitment and training are the foundation of any successful department. Without proper management and structured sessions, the organization cannot grow. I want to focus on building a strong Human Resources and Training system where no trainee is left waiting for long periods. Every new recruit will go through organized and clear training sessions so they are fully prepared for duty. My goal is to build a steady system where we constantly bring in capable, confident, and well-trained officers.
3. Strengthening Traffic Enforcement and Road Control
Traffic enforcement is a key part of maintaining order across the state. Under my leadership, this will be one of the main priorities. The department will focus on keeping highways and areas like Paleto clean from illegally parked vehicles, running regular checkpoints, and making sure all insurance and vehicle procedures are properly followed. By increasing patrols and visibility, we will improve public safety and show a strong law enforcement presence across our jurisdiction.

- I will make sure there is no toxicity, unnecessary arguments, or useless chatter on the radio. Communication must stay professional and respectful at all times so the organization maintains a strong and disciplined image.
- Favoritism will not be tolerated during my leadership. Anyone found giving unfair advantages will face consequences. Promotions, rewards, and opportunities will be based on performance and dedication only.
- I will ensure that officers receive their bonuses on time. When officers feel appreciated and rewarded properly, they are more motivated to give their best effort while on duty and during events.
- I will work closely with other state organizations to improve coordination and communication. Building strong partnerships before critical situations happen will help us respond faster and support each other in every possible way.
