Game Rules
Dress Code: All participants must be Dressed to Impress (Formal/Suits) and must be wearing a Cowboy Hat.
The "Unique" Factor: Judges will look for creativity and rarity rather than just the most expensive supercars.
Safety First: No reckless driving or ramming in the Observatory parking area.
