this is a 2nd forum now as once he logged back in i took his bounty jumped out my car and shot him and he left the game again,
please punish him a 2nd time as people like this ruin the rp in the city and should not be allowed to play rp if they wont follow rules.
i apologise the clip is short but there is no need for a full minute as it shows the whole situation and the previous 30 seconds i was sat in my car waiting.
