I was outside the Capital Building when a Guy came driving towards me, he continued to ram my car still out side the Capital Building so a green zone and he rammed my car until I was outside the GreenZone. He then shot me and continued to steal my car, Police was right in front of him when he did it, so they can attest to it. I have POV footage of what happened and I have gone to the police to get my car back but they said they can't do anything.
