I've always been really passionate about law enforcement, and taking charge of a department like SAHP would give me a chance to make a daily difference in how it runs. I enjoy the role of upholding law and order, and in a leadership position, I could motivate others to do the same, making the role-playing experience immersive, professional, and enjoyable for everyone involved."
ii) A desire to improve leadership and team dynamics within SAHP
Justification:
While SAHP has some fantastic officers, I believe there's always room for improvement when it comes to leadership, teamwork, and communication. As a leader, I want to ensure that every officer feels heard and supported to boost morale and performance. I’m a firm believer in leading by example and fostering collaboration to achieve our goals.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay level in the organization.
- Better training: I will make sure we have more training for all soldiers, so everyone knows how to do their job well. Training will happen more often, and we will practice in many different situations. Work with other teams: I will set up joint training with groups like LSPD, SAHP, and FIB. This will help us work together better and improve our skills.
