2.Why do you want to be leader of this specific organisation?
I over all of my city experience have been in all of the organisation. Particularly I have spent a lot of my time in state organisation and have been high command in all of them. Up on my time I have been into lot of situations, which makes me think now I have enough experience to run an organisation like NG. I've specifically chosen NG because of how important role they have of supplying the ammo to the state orgs. They got a huge base, specialized jets, armored vehicles etc.
Through my past NG terms I have noticed that it was very inactive in its raid hours, not having enough units for covering the gates, or unable to do ammo runs for the other state organisations. Many other internal issues, like toxicity, conflicts, rank up issues etc.
To solve this issues, I will make sure my soldiers are paid enough bonuses for their work. Due to which the problem of inactivity and no ammo runs for the state orgs time to time will be solved. All the HOD of departments will be given to the soldiers who are highly experienced and know how to keep the department active and specialized for their work. I will make sure that gates are always covered in its raid time.
I have been through enough situations in all the state orgs, from which I know to deal with internal issues of the org. I'll make sure their is well understanding between the soldiers, which solves issues like toxicity, or any type of fights in between.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organisation
- There will a specific department which will perform proper background checks, licences and health insurance checks, bodycam inspections which would make everyone alert about their duties.
- Any people not following the rules will be punished, or even blacklist if the problem is serious.
- I'll make sure everyone is fit and have enough knowledge for their designated ranks,
- I'll do small internal events or small activities within the org, so that the soldiers never get bored to work with the team.
