2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been playing this project for a very long time, and much of my role-playing experience has been in legal groups. I was a successful NG General once, an LSPD deputy once, and a Gang deputy twice. I have gained a lot of experience by successfully finishing a term in the National Guard. I now want to lead a full term of LEO with total authority and make my SAHP term the best in history.
Leading SAHP or LSPD has always been my dream, and I intend to fulfill that ambition by assuming the position of SAHP leader. We are all aware that the quality of roleplay is declining because so many people frequently violate it. I'm here to raise the bar for roleplay because I believe that everyone should behave appropriately in difficult circumstances. Maybe SAHP's exceptional roleplaying abilities would be noticed by other organizations.
Together with my current team, I would manage SAHP and, if needed, add new employees on a daily basis. I want to be the head of SAHP because I can put together a strong team to lower crime in San Andreas. I would monitor the neighborhood a lot. I believe that my calmness and creativity would make me a great SAHP leader. I understand that leading this organization is challenging and requires a lot of responsibilities, but I am certain that I can handle it with my team and my skills.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My deputies and I will constantly monitor each trooper and department to ensure SAHP runs efficiently.
To boost troops' confidence, promotional events will be performed every week.
We will choose the trooper of the week and present him with a lovely trophy to inspire everyone to aim high.
We will select the best HR personnel to guarantee that our soldiers receive the best training possible.
