This kept driving his car just to abuse the timer from stopping us from wining the store. He also rammed few people to stop us from shooting at him. His intention was not to fight as you can see but I want to see did he fight was what was he doing in the store if he doesnt want to fight.

This is an IC issue, you managed to engine block him and arrest him. There is no rule-break here. If I request his POV we are just going to see him driving around... I don't find it necessary
