1. To Improve Professional Roleplay and Discipline
I want to become the leader of SAHP to maintain a high level of professionalism and realistic roleplay within the department. As leader, I would ensure that all officers follow proper procedures such as traffic stops, pursuits, and communication protocols.
2. To Build a Strong and Active Team
My goal is to recruit dedicated and responsible members who are serious about law enforcement roleplay. I would organize regular trainings, patrol units, and teamwork activities to make sure the department stays active.
3. To Improve Safety and Order Across the State
SAHP plays a key role in keeping highways and public roads safe. As leader, I would focus on improving highway patrol operations, responding to emergencies quickly, and working closely with other law enforcement organizations.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Regular Training Sessions I would organize regular training sessions for all officers. These trainings would focus on realistic traffic stops, pursuit tactics, radio communication, and proper use of commands. This will help officers understand how to act professionally and improve their overall RolePlay quality.
Strict RP Standards and Rules To improve the RP level, I would make sure all members follow proper RP rules such as staying in character, using realistic communication, and avoiding unrealistic actions. Supervisors would monitor patrols to ensure everyone follows the standards and maintains serious RP.
Mentoring New MembersNew recruits often struggle with RP at first. I would assign experienced officers to mentor them, teach procedures, and guide them during patrols. This helps new members learn faster and maintain a high RP standard in the department
Cooperation with Other Organizations Working together with other law enforcement and emergency organizations can greatly improve RP. Joint operations, road safety campaigns, and coordinated responses to major incidents will create more realistic and engaging situations for players.
SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) – Tactical response unit for high-risk operations, hostage situations, and major criminal threats.
Internal Affairs (IA) – Handles internal investigations, misconduct reports, and ensures fairness and integrity within SAHP.
