2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)​

First, I have a lot of experience in gangs and I have worked my way up from lower ranks to high command positions such as Under Deputy. Because of this, I understand how gang systems work, how to manage members, and how to handle different situations during events like turf wars, store robberies, and other gang activities. This experience will help me lead East Side Ballas effectively and keep the organization organized.


Second, I always aim to improve and take on more responsibility. I didn’t join gangs just to stay in one position; I always wanted to push myself further and eventually lead an organization. Becoming a leader would allow me to use my experience to guide members, keep the gang active, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.


Third, my goal is to make East Side Ballas one of the most active and dominant gangs in the city again. I want to build a strong and loyal team where members enjoy playing together, participate in events, and represent the gang with pride. At the same time, I will maintain discipline and ensure everyone follows the rules.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization​

i) The gang will actively participate in all events such as hostage situations, store robberies, FZ raids, and other gang activities. This will keep the organization active and improve the RP experience for everyone.


ii) Toxic behavior will not be tolerated inside the organization. Respect between members is important to maintain a healthy and enjoyable environment.


iii) Promotions will be based strictly on activity, loyalty, and performance in events. There will be no favoritism.


iv) New members will be guided properly about server rules and gang rules to prevent rule breaks and maintain a clean organization.

i) Achieve maximum turf control during the season.
ii) Meet and exceed weekly event requirements.
iii) Maintain strong attendance during all gang activities and events.
iv) Reduce rule breaks and maintain a disciplined organization.
v) Establish strong control over the ghetto area through good coordination and teamwork.
vi) Create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all gang members.
vii) Provide bonuses and rewards for members who actively participate in events such as hostages, store robberies, and other gang activities.
