2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization (SAHP)?
i have experience leading organization I know how important it is to maintain clear communication and unity. i have developed my skills to handle problems and make fast decisions. As the leader of SAHP I would focus on making sure that everyone works together as a strong team and every officer feels valued and respected
I will make sure that SAHP has a respectful and non-toxic environment in which all members are professional in their behavior. My main focus would be to uphold a high level of role play in the organization.
For the position of Deputy, I would look for someone who already has prior experience in any organization as a Deputy or Leader in any state organization. This would be helpful in managing the department effectively.
The position of Undersheriff would be given to the most active and dedicated member in the organization, giving troopers a chance to grow in the organization
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
My Goal is to have a highly professional SAHP, and this will be achieved by recruiting experienced and serious players who understand proper roleplaying. Additionally, officers will be trained on how to handle various roleplaying situations, and this will ensure that they know how to behave correctly during the scenarios. Promotions will be based on activities, professionalism, and performance, rather than favoritism. On the other hand, coordination will be achieved by holding meetings and training sessions with other State Organizations. My aim for SAHP is to have a high reputation for quality and serious roleplaying
