1- Experience and Understanding of Gang RolePlay :
Knowing how a street organization should operate in different situations is why I want to become the leader of the said organization. I can lead the gang in a more organized and realistic manner while keeping the roleplay to a high standard.
2- Building a Strong and Loyal Organization :
I also want to build a loyal and disciplined team. I want to create an environment where members respect one another, abide by the chain of command, and collaboratively work toward the organization’s success.
3- Pushing the Organization to the Top :
I want to create one of the most powerful and respected gangs in the city and that is my goal for the organization. I want the organization to be involved in highly active and strategic teamwork so that they can fight for the top and withstand high competition in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Improving the Gang’s Identity
One of the major aspects that can help in improving the RP level in Ballas is improving the gang’s identity and culture. Members need to represent Ballas in a positive and appropriate way through their actions, loyalty and attitudes on the streets. This will also assist in making the gang roleplay more realistic and immersive.
2. More RolePlay Events
This will also assist in making the gang roleplay more realistic and immersive. More gang meetings and patrols of the territories will improve the role play more. People need to do more than just shoot each other in order for the roleplay to become more immersive and engaging.
3. Standards and Training for the New Members
Training for the new members is important and for that, experienced players should guide and inform them on how to properly gang RP. Once there is a set standard and expectations, members will learn how to speak, act and represent Ballas adequately in a roleplay setting.
