I want to become the leader of FIB because it is one of the most important investigative organizations in the state. The organization plays a key role in gathering intelligence, combating organized crime, and supporting other law enforcement departments. I want to lead the organization with professionalism, discipline, and strong coordination so that FIB can maintain stability and effectiveness within the city.
My experience and activity will help me maintain an organized structure within the department where every member understands their responsibilities. I want to build a term where agents feel motivated, appreciated, and supported while maintaining high standards of professionalism and roleplay. When members are respected and recognized for their work, they naturally become more active and dedicated to the organization.
One of my main priorities will be strengthening investigation-based roleplay. Agents will be encouraged to gather evidence, conduct proper investigations, and build strong cases against criminal organizations. This approach will create more realistic and engaging roleplay instead of focusing only on arrests.
During my term I will maintain strong cooperation with other state organizations such as LSPD, SAHP, EMS, NG, and DOJ. Good communication and coordination between departments will help ensure successful operations, faster responses to crime, and a stronger law enforcement presence within the city.
I will also focus on maintaining active departments within the organization. Human Resources will ensure proper recruitment and training of new agents so that they understand procedures and maintain professional conduct. Undercover agents will actively gather intelligence and evidence about criminal organizations so that investigations can be conducted effectively.
Training sessions and internal meetings will also be organized regularly to improve communication, strategy, and coordination during operations. These sessions will help members improve their skills and maintain consistency within the organization.
My goal as a leader is to create a stable, disciplined, and active organization where teamwork, professionalism, and respect are always maintained. By encouraging cooperation, recognizing member contributions, and focusing on strong investigative roleplay, I aim to create a successful and memorable FIB term for the community.
